Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the app or your Google Play / App Store subscription settings. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What happens after the 7-day free trial?
You're charged the plan rate (annual or monthly, whichever you picked) and continue automatically. Cancel before the trial ends and you'll never be charged.
What counts as an "AI query"?
One question you send to the AI chat counts as one query. Reference lookups, calculator use, crisis checklists, and everything else are unlimited on every plan, including Free.
How does student verification work?
Enter your .edu email, school, program (SRNA, anesthesia resident, MD/DO student, etc.), and graduation date. We email a 6-digit code; enter it to activate student pricing. Works at any accredited school.
Can I switch between annual and monthly?
Yes. Switch at any renewal point. Annual is 17% cheaper than monthly because we pass on the lower payment processing fees.
